HOLE 1
This challenging starting hole features a fairway that slopes from right to left which feeds most tee shots to the left side of the fairway. The green is then elevated and guarded both on the right and left with large bunkers creating a narrow entry to a two teared green.

This short unassuming par 3 has more to it than meets the eye. The narrow hourglass shaped green slopes left to right more than it appears and is heavily guarded by three large bunkers. Missing this green left is a sure bogey so dial in your tee shot.

HOLE 3
Our number 1 handicap hole is a sharp right to left dogleg that begins from an elevated tee. The holes left side is protected by a stand of large firs that serve to block shots to the green from drives hit down the left hand side. Play to the right half of the fairway for best results as you approach a well bunkered green set slightly below your feet.

HOLE 4
Recently redesigned, this sweeping par 4 moves left to right and is shaped by three large fairway bunkers down its left side. The landing area narrows for the longer hitter as the right fairway bunker comes into play. A great hole for those who prefer the fade and like to shape their shot.

HOLE 5
This straight forward par 4 is narrow in comparison to most with trees lining both sides of the hole. A fairway bunker pinches the landing area and a slight left to right slope tends to guide those less than perfect tee shots to the right rough.

HOLE 6
Glendale’s signature par 3 is a visually beautiful hole. Elevated and stair cased tee boxes play to a large sloping green that is protected to the left by three deep greenside bunkers. Kelsey Creek winds in front and to the left of the green leaving the right side as your only bail out. The hole plays as long as 220 and as short as 130 and is equally challenging for all skill levels.

HOLE 7
The course’s first par 5 begins with its narrowest tee shot. A narrow shoot lined by 100’ firs on both sides of the hole make for a challenging first shot. Kelsey Creek divides the fairway in half about 220 yards from the green which is slightly elevated and guarded by a single greenside bunker on the right. A good drive sets you up for a great scoring opportunity, a poor one can lead to a big number on the score card.

HOLE 8
One of the prettiest holes on the course, #8 begins as Kelsey Creek cuts in front and then wraps itself around all the tees. The creek continues up the entire left side of the hole and three fairway bunkers serve to narrow the landing area regardless of your choice of tee. The large green is again well bunkered creating a narrow approach.

HOLE 9
The front nine finishes with the longest hole on property. From the back tees the hole plays left to right and from the shorter tees is plays straight away. A true 3 shot hole for most, this hole features three fairway bunkers set approximately 100 yards from the green that narrows the landing area and Kelsey Creek borders its right rough line. The green is relatively small and is nestled between two front bunkers.

HOLE 10
The back nine begins with a straight away par 4 with tall firs lining each side of the fairway. At about 150 yards from the green the fairway drops out below you leading to a green set below your feet. The hillside to the left serves to work shots into the green, which is far preferable to the deep mounded bunkers set right of the green.

HOLE 11
The club’s most difficult par 3 is in many ways similar to hole #6. The stair cased tee boxes give you a great view of this small green that slopes significantly back to front. To add insult, a large, deep bunker is set in front of the green and swallows anything short. This paired with bunkers set back and left leaves you little room for error.

Kelsey Creek wanders its way between the tees of this beautiful par 4 that moves from right to left. For those bigger hitters, a draw of the tee is a must as the creek and trees come into play up the right hand side. Two fairway bunkers guard those trying to cut the corner which requires a significant drive to cover. The two tiered green is small and elevated with bunkers left and right.

HOLE 14
It may be small, but it doesn’t play that way. A short par 4 with a narrow shoot of the tee leaves most with a short iron to an elevated green. Four large greenside bunkers leave little room to run the ball up, and this short approach shot to what is the firmest green on the course can make things interesting.

This great par 3 is set atop a ridge with the green sitting on a point. A large slope right serves to funnel wayward shots back toward the green, miss left however and a severe slope will leave you a significantly uphill recovery. That is if you miss the two bunkers that guard the green's left side.

HOLE 16
A beautiful par 4 for which the creek is in play on every shot. Kelsey Creek runs its entire left side and then cuts in front and to the right of the tees. The hole sets up beautifully for a small draw to a wide landing area. The green is where the hole gets its teeth. Extremely small with a false front, this green requires precision wedge play and is guarded by a large right side bunker and another back left that pinches the center of the green. Good luck!

HOLE 17
As the club’s longest par 4, #17 is also the only hole on the course without a bunker. The hole is a slight dogleg right with its tee bordered by the club’s only pond. Keeping your tee shot down the right side serves to shorten the hole and provides the best angle of approach to the green. For the ladies, #17 is played as a par 5.

HOLE 18
Glendale’s signature finishing hole is a risk/reward hole, making this par 5 a memorable ending to your round. The peninsula green is bordered front and left by a large pond with three large bunkers protecting its right side and approach. For those looking to get home in two there is no bail out area, trouble awaits on all sides. #18 is the perfect hole to settle your “friendly” matches.
