With 30 years of golf industry experience, Clint has a proven history of club management success in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Glendale he served as General Manager of the Golf Club at Redmond Ridge for seven years, bringing the property to market and establishing its reputation as one of the region's top public facilities. Clint also served as General Manager of Kayak Point Golf Club and has a strong background in golf sales & marketing gained from his management roles in the golf equipment and manufacturing industry. Elected to membership in the PGA of America in 1994.
Prior to joining the Glendale team in January 2020, Mr. Montgomery served as Head Golf Professional at Sahalee Country Club for six years. His professional experience also includes nine years as Head Professional at Bellingham Golf & Country Club and he also served as 1st Assistant at Tacoma Country Club from 1997-2005. Over the course of his career he has numerous accomplishments as a player, instructor, in service to the PGA Section and as an Executive Committee Member of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. Most recently, Mike was recognized by the PGA of America as both the Pacific Northwest Section’s and Western WA Chapter’s “2017 Golf Professional of the Year”.
Steve began his career in golf as a caddie at Broadmoor Golf Club in 1972 and has since gone on to become one of the region's most respected golf course superintendents. Steve gained his Associate degree at Shoreline Community College and went on to earn his BS in Agronomy from Washington State University. Steve joined the Glendale team in June of 1986 and was promoted to Superintendent in 1990. His dedicated efforts have provided Glendale members with some of the areas finest playing conditions on an annual basis and is a chief reason the club has played host to the Washington Open more than any other course in the state.
Steve has also played an important role in the development of the First Green Program which is dedicated to the education of youth with regard to turfgrass management and the world of agronomy. Steve provides numerous hours of community service, donating his time and talents to educate local area high school students on agronomic and environmental issues.
Chef Salgado has served as Glendale's Chef since 1994. His talent and years of dedicated service to the club has been a cornerstone of Glendale's dining and catering quality. Chef Salgado has continually provided the membership with a wonderful selection of culinary offerings, dishes and menus that won the membership's hearts and pallets again and again.
Mike earned a culinary degree from Los Angeles Trade Tech and an Associate of Arts Degree from Orange Coast College. He also attended Long Beach State University where he majored in sculpting and earned his Fine Arts degree.
He attended The Gray Stone Culinary Institute in California in a pursuit of continuing education and earned certificates in vegetarian and Mediterranean cooking. He has also been recognized as a Gold Medal Award recipient in a food competition.

Chip has served as the facilities manager for Glendale since 1982. His tremendous knowledge of the facilities, its history and his technical expertise have proved to be invaluable to the club. As a manager he has instilled a culture of quality within his team and which is evident to all by the quality of service and care they provide to the club and its physical assets.
